Unfraternally I am not at liberty to offer any refunds on any product's purchased and consumed as the labels on every product outline in great detail every single produce used to produce ever item; It is always incur raged to read and compare the ingredients within each product as there are more than one to create each produce. And also taking into consideration that there is a spot to email and ask anything you need to know including if any possibility to create a new produce but that is a special request and must be made by email and a response return email must be sent to you and then and only then can a full refund be offered For any other product or service that is purchased or used the return or refund policy will stand as this { Any product that is purchased will have a 30 day return period for exchange or replacement;  now that will consist of defective or damage item with proper return pictures of the defect product that was designed to provide a function and it did not meet that function on its own power or function and at any time within that 30 day period if the customer decides for a full refund of the amount paid for the product then you must request in email for a refund and supply all documented defect by photo and after reviewing the photos a full refund will likely to follow within the ( 3 to 5 business standard turnaround time ) * In the event that the pictures are reviewed and it is deemed that the defect would have been caused by human error at time of opening the package or mishandling of the item then it would only be subject to a replacement and not a full refund as human error dose not consent to product defect.  After the 30-day window has closed the thru email, a replacement can and will always be offered or possibly replacement for a different produce but not item will be eligible for a full refund after the 30-day window has closed
