Terms of service

Any service that is purchased will have a deposit presented before the time of service to begin.  Any and all areas that are to be cleaned must be free of all personal items before cleaning can begin or the worker can enter the room.  Security Officers will have hand on capability but will not use force unless all avenues have been fully applied first or the situation calls for imitate force to be used.  No deposit is refundable unless the owner deems the situation necessary
